This was bland at first, but now it's incomprehensible. When does the villainess stuff come up? It seems like there are bigger things this country needs to worry about. I don't even see how the MC is relevant.
This is a really goofy, generic drugs are bad plot isn't it? I'm fine with the bratty prince archetype, but trying to mesh that with gritty black market stuff is a mess.
It's a little too on the nose that the protagonist stumbles into this plot right when she does. Why is a junkie a dealer?
