@mip Based off the first 5 chapters, I'd say the cover art is a tease. The dude holds a fatherly/older brother role, the two maids are neighbors/friends. Only the biggest girl shows some semi-romantic affection/teasing, but she's only in high school.

What's so hard for people to understand that he's trying to scare her away so she doesn't get hurt by him or anything else in the forest? It's literally explained in the chapter that he needed to scare her to make sure she wouldn't try to follow him. He cares about her, so he's pushing her away...
