@darkomantis it's designed to get you to buy the tankoubon. The magazines will sometimes censor completely innocent panels to sell books on the idea that something scandalous is drawn there. Uzaki v1 has uncensored milkers. The rest will have more of the same.

@Brave_SJ Anami hasn't had kids with anyone, as you'll see in later chapters. There's a not-so-shocking revelation about her coming up that gives the last panel of this chapter a bit more context.
