Kudos to the maid for trying to protect the princess. I don't know why she was tge one who stood out the most to me this chapter when there are two perfect male specimens roaming around.
I have mixed feelings about the beginning. She's arrogant but doesn't seem to really be cruel. At most she seems petty. I'm pretty sure there are plenty of ways to reform a princess without reducing her to a slave.
Anyway, I'll give this series a chance since the crown prince as a young boy...
I've always enjoyed this author's works. It's nice to see that they're still getting translated. At least there seems to be a happy ending in sight for the characters in this chapter.
I thought it was just me who didn't understand what was happening in the end. I came to the comments for some clarification and got even more confused.
After god knows how many chapters of running around like a headless chicken are we finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. God this arc pisses me off so much. The only good thing is how beautifully this was scantalated plus the art.
