@ruroumi the norm in romcom manga is the protagonist being spineless and being pushed around, they usually simp for ONE girl at worst. And she's not often the actual heroine. This guy just gets used by everyone because he wants to.

For the record those onomatopoeia the translator complained about were the classic "Fufun" proud noise and "Gan~" disappointment noise. A small "tsu" at the end just means a stronger/longer vowel sound, iirc. And the "Fufun" was written with Katakana "フフン." Not sure who to tag for this, I'm...
