if anything i thought that part felt forced, like the author just didnt know how to make proper asshole characters, and so needed a cheap out to make them "bad"
the entire premise on this one feels super weak/contrived

im not sure the MC has enough time to actually go to the Elf land tho. from a narrative perspective its easier to work in any of the other 3 since they have logical reason to happen to be nearby.

my prediction is the elf is actually last because she seems to be the hardest to get to. the other 3 all kinda wander so its more feasible to work any of them into the story. (princess and monk could easily just wander thru his territory in the next couple chapters, priest could go on a...

ugh... i hate unneeded changes from the LN, just ... why? what happened in the LN was fine
zero need for the overdramatic carrying home. it doesnt even make sense at all that she would randomly be just off the main trail.
uhhh did anyone else notice how weird Alitera's body looks on pg 25? her torso is wayyyy too small. look at where her hip is relative to her shoulder, its like her entire torso is the same height as her head+neck
@FgoSegul theres a good chance. also feel like there is a good chance we get a timeskip tho (very likely to get one or the other, both is possible too, but a tad less likely than just one or the other imho)

um, its been awhile since i read the whole novel, but im pretty sure the demon spears didnt work like that. iirc they shoot the spears out of their arms, they arent just standard weapons on their backs.
why change something like this? felt more threatening as something of a body-magic attack...
