This was a good series. The art wasn't amazing, but I liked the overarching theme. Sometimes a villain just needs someone to talk to and to comfort them to get them on the right path, not a fight.

They seem to be taking a lot of the aesthetics of the armor and weapons thus far from Berserk, and the basic storyline reminds me a bit of Trigun. I look forward to seeing where this goes.

This is actually pretty clever in terms of addressing what being a hero is and how they serve as a calming force rather than a purely violent and reactive one.

Oh... Wow. Those past lives make even the seeming abandonment by the later heroes seem like nothing. I'll be honest, the earlier part of this manga prior to the hero's return was kind of dull, but it's all paying off.

Not a bad series, just not a lot to it. There's no unnecessary drama, but also no real plot driving anything forward.
