Weird that I have such a different opinion when it comes to this series compared to most people here, or the overall rating for that matter. I've lasted until chapter 49 - pretty much non-stop fights, the author seems to be writing by the seat of his pants, lots of twists that feel like an ass...

@EroZero I didn't drop it myself, but it's undeniable that season 2 is almost an entirely different show compared to season 1. Fans of the latter were not too amused.

@Clover_Zero That sounds perfectly healthy to me - as long as you don't let the Internet and the need for online recognition control your life, it's common human behavior to seek said recognition at various places. :)

An interesting subject, but I never understood the common manga trope of "no talents, no dreams, nothing I want to do passionately. I'm a very ordinary person". There are loads of manga characters who claim this, but dude, if that's how you think of yourself, you're not ordinary, you're getting...

@auriga You're right, Takayanagi was way out of his element here, and I don't blame him for it. I was mostly referring to the general application of "equality" in school, which often feels like more of an excuse not to do anything.

This is probably even more of a controversial situation in Japan, where hugs and other close physical contact are regarded as more intimate compared to the west. This chapter was suffocating, I don't know what the right choice would have been either. The kid really does need a therapist.
