@eng1 Nah, that was a real test as well. He was claiming a leadership role which means he's behind his troops while they kill. Sure he might still need that litmus test of personally killing a person, but as a leader he has to be able face the fact that his orders will lead to other people...

@LeFlash just read the summary. basically he and every other summoned person is either at or near level cap. The others are the "bad guys" and he's the "good guy." but his status screen is bugged out to only show the first digit of his actual level, so... the evil humans that summoned them...

I kinda get why she didn't ask anything else. That must have been a pretty dark time in her life, if she were going to end up back there, that would be pretty depressing. Especially if that meant she was leaving him after all that work they did together.

@JuliusCV after reading the novel I got the impression the author just thought it would comedic if there was a character that naive in a situations like that. I figure the "Bakarina: Hardcore Run" is just the author trying to do a more believable version of this story. I'm hoping she reacts...
