Ryou is pretty gross and pathetic, hope he figures out she ain't into him and he moves the f*ck on.
Still, I fully expect the author to pair them together anyways. His crush has been unreciprocated for like ten years but through the power of bad writing Yukino will suddenly realize she actually...
I'm glad someone is finally saying something about this guy's stupidly obvious one-sided crush. After twenty chapters it's not amusing, it's just pathetic and annoying.
Alright, this is where the series loses me.
Allen is so desperate to save his friend he gets a super mega desperation powerup...and it makes no sense at all. Who is this guy Allen is supposedly friends with? We've literally never seen him before! Allen has never interacted with him, let alone...
Why should I care about the MC? All he's done is be a useless waste of skin. If I were his family or his former adventuring party or the adventurer's guild I'd have kicked him out too.
You can't have a revenge story where the revenge targets were correct to kick the MC to the curb.
This is a much better start than these things usually get. Instead of the whole "Bloo bloo bloo, look at what a sad, worthless, bullied, helpless NEET I am, I deserve super OP abilities because my life is sooooooo~ hard, wah wah wah" we see a strong focus on the driving motivation of the story...
Its feels like we're making negative progress now. Except there was no progress (after 200 f*cking chapters) in the first place. So I guess we're farther behind than where the series started?
Boring, Generic Fantasy Author: Literally the only difference between humans and demons is demons can use magic.
MC: I'm 32 years old and I can't use magic, does this mean...I'm a human?
Boring, Generic Fantasy Author: WHAT A TWEEEEEEEST
