@Joonhas In this story those magic screens are floating in the real world. In the first chapter he made a point of switching to thought mode instead of touch screen. The other stories, they're all in your head so the screens are not actually their and you look like a fool for using your hands...
@immortalartisan perhaps you should watch some youtube videos of tunnelers digging under lakes and rivers. There is no tunnel that doesn't have leaks. Eventually water will find its way.
