So I've read up thru around Ch100 of the LN so far, my impression:
@mimicking I think each part roughly translates to one chapter of the LN and they're rolled up into a smaller number of manga chapters, yes.
@gigabarto So he shouldn't find it odd that the faerie queen, whose job is to guide the HOLY and provide heroes protection of the spirits would also somehow be a DEMON LORD...? *thonking*
@SheikDaGod IMHO even though they appear sentient, they're still merely NPCs generated by the system. When presented with a logic fault it "crashes" and does a small rewind resulting in repeating the last dialogue.
@Anonymous_Kitty I'm okay if you want to release the partial chapters, but I'd recommend overhauling the uploads later to consolidate them into whole chapters if you could. Especially when it's so many sub-chapters. At least something like Kumo desu ga is only 2-3 parts and they're at least...
This situation doesn't make sense though, because soap was already well-known by the middle ages let alone what appears to potentially even be early renaissance. Especially for a noble family.
I personally feel if pagehits/ad revenue is the deciding factor to you scanlating, you shouldn't be doing it, but harassing groups over something as petty as this is just pathetic.
(Seeing as only the most prolific groups could require dedicated hosting when they could just rely on aggregators...
@jonathaneze I dunno about you, but I would rather have my hands work on auto while watching shows than have to "manually" work 14hrs a day monotonously serving coffee. Especially since you could choose when you want to make the scarves. IE: Could make them for 5hrs, take a break for 3hrs then...
And he only has to work 14hrs a day to make the money, what a steal...
If he was really smart he would pay someone else to run the truck while he continued making scarves.
Why is he bothering with the coffee maker when he made way more money with the knitting? He's talking about $2200/day when he was making $120,000 a day with those scarves...
I think a lot was lost in translation here, because clearly the potion given orally was able to heal the cuts on her face. I'm thinking maybe they meant it can't heal psychological wounds.
Talk about a contrived situation. Just happens to see magic knitting needles on the app, then goes out to eat and gets into a long conversation about knitting scarves...
Have to agree, while this is interesting to read on a certain level, there is no way anyone in highschool would be that level-headed about inter-personal relationships. Hell, most adults aren't even that good. Not to mention willing to tolerate how much of a whiny self-loathing twat the MC is.
@MrFixit Sports usually need to be relatable and Eyeshield is an outlier as you said. The weather and topography of most of Japan isn't compatible IMHO. For grass roots interest you need stuff like pond hockey or lots of rinks which they don't have the space for. (And cost of ice time would be...
Preface: I like analyzing things and my condemnation or distaste doesn't mean I feel they shouldn't exist or that there aren't worthwhile qualities beyond the bad parts. I still read several of these despite my dislike of particular elements.
I dunno why exactly, but the slave angle has been...
@Meijin I'm not feeling the jacket. Looks mismatched with a casual one-piece like that, and for that age. Looks more like an office dress jacket and why would you wear that loafing around home? Then again I can't claim to be an expert on Japanese fashion, so maybe that is In atm.
