Katana should be from the "hidden" room that Izumi left open during Dinosaur hunt. Izumi chose to be set free without memories with his 100 points, so he shouldn't have any powerful weapon.
So it finally came true. Acting cool turns into the reason of his death. It seems that because he has always relied on others to do all the work, he doesn't even realize the amount of danger each hunts pose to the hunters' lives, and let his inferiority complex takes over.
One more person to revive. I wished they clear this with multiple 100 pointers and bring them all back. Izumi will probably get the weapons option. The others will most likely choose to revive others.
Reika is fine. Probably one of the most normal human being in the room despite other characters keep on seeing her differently due to her occupation, and actually tries her best to contribute in hunts.
@LeannaCR It is probably to keep Tae's death unknown to the world and create the incentive for Kurono to revive her since she can still have her life back after revival. If her death was known, she has nowhere to return to even after revival.
@degfiledge Same thought here. I honestly doubt...
Now it makes sense why Nishi's suit broke so easily compared to the others who fought the birds. His was already damaged before the mission even started by that dude who thought it was a toy gun.
That guy whose head explodes was a warning to not switch in and out of normal human frequency, and making Tae the target is to remove witness (though Gantz could just be trying to make Kurono, and the others time out without eliminating Tae and have their points reset).
One thing I don't...
It's more of the guy changing frequencies back and forth between the alien and human frequency, so to a normal human eye, they look like that person is disappearing and reappearing repeatedly.
I think it's more about the fact that he lied to Tae to hide that meeting. It wasn't a big deal, and he could've just told her the truth, but choosing to hide the truth leave room for assumptions.
This chapter confirms that 15 points rule is only for Kurono. The other players would have been more desperate and trying to steal kill if they had the same rule. Props to Izumi for leaving the "hidden" door open, accidentally or not. The bike helped a lot in the mission.
I doubt not having the...
The 15 pts could be an extra rule just for Kurono, since he's the one who has already failed once before and lost all his points. The rest should get the same rule as all other newbies.
Suits have always function well as protection. Those who died instantly either didn't wear them or were killed by the alien boss, and I doubt the T-rex are the boss here. The T-rexs still did enough damage to overload the suit with a bite.
