my guess: MC's a dunce who's been lying to her about something completely innocuous, like "oh we met on this day X years ago so this is our anniversary, I was hiding your present from you" and because this is a romcom manga, he's hit super hard by the fact that her brother knew + exposed him as...
I like how it acknowledges that the manga aren't actually in Japanese, but are being shown as Japanese for comprehensions' sake, but then the vampire's story specifically includes furigana in it. I guess even other world languages get the trappings of Japanese.
Incoming reveal that the "furthest away" place Charlotte was sent to was the land of spirits, and they end up giving her some superpower boost that she uses to come back and be amazing with.
Well that was certainly an ending.
A bit funny how it started off with them saving the town from orcs and then just a few chapters later they go out and massacre the world themselves.
Looking at the previous chapters, it's a cute detail that the top of his legs was always obscured in shadow / hidden off-panel slightly, so you wouldn't be able to see the skirt.

The maid dolls are Mitsuki/Kouhi, and the lady lying down is Shrein (holding a Kousuke doll)
Cute, kind of sad how the hints at a father (the old guy who stayed for longer, and the figure she saw when MC was sewing the teddy bear back together) didn't pan out into anything though.
I wonder if Anna would've ended up hearing about Kaiser in her rise to being a guildmaster. It's an 18 year old story, but a dragon destroying a town would probably be a somewhat noteworthy event that might come up in guild records or something.
Well, I hope the girl isn't able to recognize the wolf, because if she runs into it again she'll be in for a rude awakening when she tries to get friendly with it.
There's something funny about the MC's arch nemesis using something so predictable that the MC can just go "oh no! Yeah I know this from my past life, this is how we deal with them".
When I saw the hair, my brain was just like "oh look, another girl for the--wait it's a guy?"
I don't even remember if Dahaku was referred to as a "he" before now or not, but I guess I didn't pay attention either way.
