I like it. I can understand why people don't like it, with its lack of action and focus on money at the start, though. However, I still enjoy this manhwa even with its lack of action; it actually gives me a fresh breath of air from all the fighting. To me, it still retains the essence of a time...

i thought too lowly of this manga until now. this chapter changed my mind quite nicely. it's always spendid to see good character growth.

I’ve seen this premise a lot, like with that one Muscle Magic and the Elf manga, or like others say, Mob x OPM. I enjoy the backstory and like the reasoning, but I feel kinda irked by the sudden shifts in tones during dramatic moments. It’s something I might continue reading though.

i enjoy the look of this demon king. i also enjoy the fact that he's pretty much exclusively evil and not some hidden moral shenanigans where the hero is the one in the wrong.
