I believe Makima is the demon known as Yaldabaoth in the Tora; The control demon.
Yaldabaoth is a demon whose main focus is to decieve, trick and ultimately manipulate/control humanity through false information and ideals.
Yaldabaoth's ultimate goal if we follow Jewish mythology is to insert...
Woman's first reaction to reaction is threatening false rape accusations.
While it is certainly somewhat realistic, it shows that we as a collective society still has a long way to go.
Anyone else forgotten that Makima is the literal Control devil?
As in; The devil created by a fear of control (or lack thereoff.)
Holding her to human standards is kinda silly IMO.
"STOP HURTING YOURSELF" her own private prince proclaims as her sword is literally stuck in another persons arm.
"Why does nobody love ME!?" she cries into the arms of her very own dedicated prince.
FFffffffucking trash.
@Ruromi - It is almost like the entirety of japanese culture is shaming people for picking up girls and portraying them as evil boarderline kidnappers.
How many times have you not seen the MC need to come to a woman's rescue because saying "no" is hard and talking to strangers is scary.
While I can enjoy this manga for what it is, it seems every single living person in this world is just evil by default.
There is no moral relativism, no white or gray, just Evil people and more Evil people to contrast all the other Evil people.
This manga -really- needs to have a chapter or two...
This manga is literally everything I've ever wanted from a romance manga.
Its got stupidity, maturity, honesty and a break-neck pace from the very first chapter.
