The phone really defeats the purpose of the whistle.... other then the whistle only really existing to segue into the Dog Collar. Probably would have been better to start with "I don't have a phone due to reasons." to have some plausible deniability.

@meidunk Everything I've seen from this Mangaka is like this. Dunno if they just like the aesthetic or are intentionally just screwing with people since it is generally used for that. I'm curious if they were ever interviewed and asked about it.... but I don't really have the time or language...
