I dislike "artefact appraising", unless its like a game setting with a literal analyse ability (not like here, but in an actual game). Because yes, you can spot fakes from real antiques but not 100%. And even if you know an antique is old, if there are no manufacturing marks it becomes near...

Ya know, if there's 1 game-system that'd do well in an isekai scenario, Minecraft is definitely up there. The only thing it'd lack is 'proper' magic (fireball etc.) but as long as you get fully enchanted armour & have aim reticles, I suppose its unneccessary?
