The art sucks (the faces in particular, but the physique is also bad). The writing also sucks, and this has nothing to do with the rough translation. The author acts like telling someone "it's ok to not do your job and just run away from your problems" is a positive and revolutionary thing...
Why are they using poorly designed armor and weapons reminiscent of the 15th century, but have customs, fashion, and culture that resembles 19th-20th century Europe?

lmao they live in a world with architecture and clothes that would suggest that guns should exist, yet people only use swords, and these secret police type guys aren't wearing any armor.
I don't like how OP they are making Ridley. She's amazing at CQC and sniping, it just doesn't make any sense. And regardless of how good she is, it's extremely unlikely that she could survive getting targeted by a unit using automatic weapons inside a building when she's only got a pistol.
