Apparently season 3 is coming in Fall 2018 according to posts by the publisher on their website. Reason for the delay appears to be due to finding a new artist / staff for the next season.

there are a fair few inaccurracies in this (of a magnitude that for exams above high school level, they would be wrong). still a fun series so far, as long as you don't take the material presented as a serious scientific resource!
