@nyaaa I guess a better question would be: Doesn't having such short chapters without much substance reflect poorly on not only the author, but the publisher? Why wouldn't a publisher require a certain number of pages per month to keep up the contract? I'm having trouble imagining a contract...
@introvertchild Yeah, I don't quite understand the distribution of power in the kingdom. MC is also supposed to be super important and have a lot of influence, but no one seems to give a shit about what he says or does.
Why is it that out of all genres, isekai produces the most heated comments filled with long winded sperg outs? Also, the complete inability to understand that relationship norms differ greatly between cultures and no amount of Reeeeing into the void will change the mind of these fictional...
I understand when some of the more well drawn and intricate manga have less pages per chapter, but this manga has fairly simple character art and the backgrounds are basic and sometimes non-existent. Why does it take a month?
I'm honestly starting to have a hard time distinguishing between all these characters. Also, the transitions between character points of view seem kinda rough and somewhat jarring, just jumping through perspectives.
I'm not sure how I feel about this manga so far. None of the characters are likeable, and it feels kind of sluggish. I just hope that there's some development that makes me change my mind. @imacop I agree. It felt like a needless plot point.
