@Solipsist i think its reality vs expectation. despite leon telling him how it really is, seeing him in action just reinforces the idea of the ideal knight. also he doesnt know leons backstory like we do.

feel free to disagree but i dont think this is a story about racism. fear and prejudice yes but not racism. and the reason for that fear is due to who bonded with her and their own legend. (im glad someone finally admited it was their own fault)

ok so the prolouge(?) arc sets up a few thing like despite being really powerful ellen cant solve every problem with a wave of the hand, sets up the curse and expands on it, sets up the royals arent really power hungry its only the prince trying to break the curse (in the worst way possible)...
