2 questions, did that guy even have a name, and why does he appear to be kind of prominent, on the 2-page spread that's at the beginning of the chapter if he's just gonna die right away? I understand that the real MC is the female character we haven't met but, that 2-page spread is confusing me.

A very satisfying chapter, I can't wait to see how everyone reacts when Rimuru and Veldora get back to town, it's got me smiling just thinking about it. I swear I know that "I'll slaughter those that object" line but I can't quite place it, does anyone know where it's from?

I get that this is a very big battle with thousands of soldiers on either side, so Olivia coming in and wiping them all out solo would be pushing it way too far but, I'd rather have chapters that focus on her than on the war itself.
