@Razeel Maybe it's the massage thing. Considering the environment she's living in and how her mother is obviously strapped for cash, what passes for a massage to the little girl may be... unsettling. It could be only the state of disrepair of the toys, though, showing how she's not well cared for.

Well, if this were an jrpg game, since she's an enemy unit, her stats would probably be capped so the PC could fight her when he/she is ready. Going by that logic, the only way she could get stronger is through some sort of special event, not though combat.
