@LuffyKun "If you can't pay up, don't bet!" It seems the double gunslinger style is his favorite when debt collecting and enforcing. Love that old man.
@Ominous I think Kaji taking Baku's place was only because Baku didn't have a membership back then and was also awaiting collection on his life, but now he doesn't need to worry about that there's no need for Kaji to take Baku's place. But it obviously could still be the case, even if I doubt it.
@Veshv Yeah, I keep missing details today. I completely missed that that was someone else there on the terrace lol. But yeah, thanks. Also, Lalo said that he didn't know what happened so that also confirms that he wasn't working with the developers (which wouldn't have made sense anyway). That...
Beautiful. I knew that slimy Arata was up to something, so they were colluding with Lalo or just planning on betraying Kakerou anyway? I would be surprised if they were working with Lalo since he's been fucking with their rations, but what the hell is that timing then? Is it just because the...
As good as this move was, I'm worried that Ryuusei will end up becoming the King and then might betray Baku... But he must have surely thought of that possibility, right? Anyway, I wonder what Lalo will try to do. Perhaps eliminating every single lv80 player is the only move he has left, we'll...
You guys' reaction to Kyara's corpse is exactly the point of Souichi and Manabe's discussion, haha. Don't think it's necessarily bad to see it either way, but I don't think it takes away how badass Kyara was in life until his last moments.
@belkrax That was some top tier interaction between...
Considering the situation, I can't help but think Lalo is the one with the biggest advantage. BK has more advantages in-game with more allies, and probably soon also more high lvl players on his side. He also has control over the Outlaws (although Arata is up to something extremely shady, he's...
Finally she came clean. Feels good for her to have some support. Let's enjoy this short lived happiness while we can! I'm sure tragedy will strike soon.
@eltak If you break the opponents finger and then touch their hand, they won't be able to point out the correct number of fingers, thus losing automatically. If you burn the opponents hand and then touch their hand, they might be reeling and hurting from the burn and point out the wrong number...
@RapidLord I probably agree about Baku not being the type to cut his opponents finger off (even though it'll probably still be possible to reattach if they don't wait long), I guess I just think it'd be better to hurt the enemy than hurting oneself. I also think that there are other ways in...
@eltak There's also other ways to mess with the finger count. Like burn his hand, break his finger, etc. Baku is bad at violence but there is no rule prohibiting it and when it's his turn the enemies hand is still. It's definitely possible.
Oh. So he did go with cutting his finger. Wow. That seems a bit excessive and unnecessary. Why not just do something similar to his opponent? He's really reeling after Kyara's death. Pretty masochistic of him; he said he didn't regret anything and that they lived how they wanted to, but he still...
@Veshv Could be, but I'm pretty sure Yakou was looking at the cigar in this chapter though, he also figured out what BK was planning so I'd think he'd be looking at his hand if that was the key. He could also be planning on breaking some of Neronero's fingers too, also it's hard to keep your...
