The series reads like the mangaka read Mieruko-chan and wanted to write a romcom, but also can't draw monsters anywhere near as well as Izumi Tomoki.

This would be a great short run series, a few volumes. Comedy adventure series have a habit of either taking themselves too seriously or repeating the same jokes after a while. The author paced the larger chapter really well, so I could see it as a monthly or quarterly series.
