I agree _Koutarou_ I think this could've easily been the ending of the manga.

I'm not into the side couple. I usually am in most romance manga, but I can't explain why this one just doesn't seem to fit.

I'm glad people who actually enjoy the series are commenting the episodes. It was hard to watch a comment section filled with "she is a slut" and "you are a simp", and not actual thoughts about the chapter. On that note: you go girl! Good on you to dump that stupid boyfriend.

JESUS! That came out of nowhere and hit me in the gut. Besides the emotional backlash It was a great chapter, I really enjoyed the last three chapters of this manga. Hope it keeps up.

This manga made me realize that the MC is really similar to a real life friend I have. And it was scary to think how many real life generic harem protagonist could be walking among us.

I don't think this (and many other slice of life manga) are about the couple making "progress". This two specially, they are so weirdly close already that any resemblance to a "normal" or real life development would break the ilusion of the series.

One can only hope the anime does a better job with the ending and the las volume in general... i hate myself for saying this but the series needs some kind of filler ark to make the ending smoother. I really don't think the anime is going to change the ending but if it gives more time for the...

It would have been more logical for the girl to fall in love with Hanako. She was the one who saved her. And it would have been a good as competition and for character development.

My only problem with the MC is that in the first chapter he said that she was cute without thinking. I really would prefer if that trope keeps on, because it would be different from all other passive protagonists.

So, the name of this series has Kanako in it. I don't want any other girl competing for the position of main girl here.

caught up in one day lol... there is no way, from a narrative standpoint, that this goes in a NTR direction. It's obvious that the author has set everything so meguro rejects her ex advances like @Fluffyfish said.
