@JuyJuka
If you're going really crazy then I wholeheartedly recommend reading the light novel. The English manga is about half-way through light novel volume Part 2 Volume 1 (light novel volume 4 total) and next week light novel volume Part 3 Volume 1 (light novel volume 8 total) comes out in...
@abconline
LH don't care if it has an official release or not. See Seirei Gensouki, Tensei Shitara Ken Deshita, Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari, Isekai Ryouridou.
@rokegle135
The WN is done but the LN and manga are not done.
There is a sequel listed for this manga because in Japan right now they are publishing adaptions of the Part 2 manga (this one) and the Part 3 manga at the same time. They can do this because both manga are merely adapting the LN and...
@Moth
Because the manga is merely an adaption of the novel, just like the anime is an adaption of the novel. The same thing happened with Overlord, Youjo Senki, Infinite Dendrogram, Sword Art Online, A Certain Magical Index, ReZero just after S1, and Mahouka just after S1.
@Mr_Vandre
That’s not going to happen with the announcement of the third season of the anime. I mean debatably it’ll be true as the Part 3 manga is already ahead of the anime but this Part 2 manga will not overtake the anime.
@CramAZ
Not necessarily. The author is slow to put out new books, and if it takes them one year to release each of the remaining volumes that gives the manga about 32 months to finish off Overlord III. The manga only started on Overlord III in chapter 53 eight months ago and we're currently...
@Aeder
This chapter of the manga goes up to web novel chapter 90.
blastron's translations went up to web novel chapter 96, which corresponds to chapter 13 of the Part 2 manga. Their translations are very good.
Infinite Novel Translations translation's went up to up to web novel chapter 103...
@Ingra
I think you're really underselling how bad an idea it is to go from the anime to this manga. Not only would they be skipping that big scene at the end but they'd literally be skipping half of Part 2 (more than that actually because of how much the anime skips) which is absurd.
The LN of...
@rlackbabbit
The WN translations don't get difficult to read until after the equivalent of chapter 18 of the manga, and the LN translations never get difficult to read.
For anybody that actually cares about the series and wants to support the author instead of just wanting everything free, the official translation goes up to chapter 26. You can buy volume 4 (containing chapters 16 to 20) on the usual places (iBooks, Kobo, BookWalker, Amazon) and then you can...
