@Fushiginiku It looks like really old Japanese to me tbh. Ancient Japanese characters share some radicals with modern Japanese characters, but they're different enough to be difficult to understand, if you can even identify the characters. It would make sense with them being shrine maidens as well.

@-Aincrad- I suggest reading the light novel if you haven't already! It's also short, but it does have some extra parts that weren't included in the manga adaptation.

I like how all of the living dolls have black accessories while their faces have more colorful/ornate ones. A small detail, but it complements the world really nicely.

@alexsdu They said in a previous chapter that she's 200 something if I remember correctly! I think the sorcerer's age definitely doesn't correlate with his appearance, as being in the dungeon must have stopped his physical growth, which led to Marcille's misunderstanding.
