As long as Hata-sensei doesn't cause this series to have a tragic end, he can set red flags left and right. I suspect Tonikaku Cawaii (ugh -- I still hate that Sensei and/or his editor felt the need to use a C instead of a K for kawaii) is Hata-sensei's way of retelling the "lovers separated"...

I decided to go back and reread this series. The two girls in this chapter were shown in the first chapter, though without eyes. There's a third girl friend who's also tanned who's in chapters 1 and 2. I wonder if she'll show up again for Nagatoro to have to lay the smack down on.
