@Liquidxlax
I guess it comes down to what your definition of "quality work " is. We can't speak to the quality of everything they work on, but looking at this series specifically we've already made rather specific posts pointing out the numerous errors they make during translation. See...
We've turned down a joint for a number of reasons we've already explained before. Scanlation doesn't work by just throwing more people at a project, and even looking strictly at editing TOOR had to jump over 3 chapters so they could sneak a release out, and even then they only beat us by a few...
@akinokaze
The title is very likely a pun on "Shingeki no Kyojin" which for some reason was localized as "Attack on Titan". To translate the pun we're pretty limited on how to do so. Blame whoever decided to do the initial localization.
@AlphaFlow
We put up a comment explaining some of the differences in the chapter comments section. I don't know what you mean when you say the first half of their script makes more sense, because it's full of translation and grammatical errors.
@EmeraldLagasse
@IsaacBai
Our translation isn't just smoother in terms of English, it's also actually accurate. For example on page 2 she's commenting on the persistent nightmares being due to the memories of her previous job being exceptionally traumatic. Their translation clearly missed that...
We dragged our feet releasing this one. Our bad. We're still going to keep releasing it even if we're occasionally slow because we think this series deserves an actual translation.
Now with paper raws to help alleviate the eye cancer from the digital raws. We had initially avoided using them because these magazines are usually printed on what is basically toilet paper. It turns out the magazine is at least workable. Enjoy the higher quality.
@davidgraham212121
They run their pages through digital upscaling, likely waifu2x, since that's one of the best and the most accessible right now. The problem with this is that these upscalers are trained using datasets that aren't manga. But what exactly makes manga so special that these...
@jokerxhisoka
Because there's no point. We have raw sources and we rotocrop physical releases on our own when we're going off the tank. We actually letter inside the center of bubbles. We don't upscale images and ruin them. We also don't replace sound effects with sloppily recreated garbage. SFX...
Since there are two groups doing this series, people have naturally been asking about the difference in translation quality between them. We wrote up a pretty detailed explanation about this in the general comments section for the series, so please have a look if you're interested in translation...
@RobDog Ours is the better translation, hands down. It’s not a matter of accuracy versus localization, and that kind of thinking (you can either be accurate or read well) is silly to begin with, because translation is about matching the actual verbiage being used with the tone and style...
We're sure most of you have realized that two groups are releasing this series by now. We plan on continuing to translate it, as we all really like it (romcoms where things actually happen are a treasure to be cherished) and think it deserves translations that are accurate in terms of what's...
Since the note page is posted here, I'll also post this here.
About TOOR Scans's comment on the "missing bonus"
Actual tank.
The original magazine release.
As it seems I fail at mangadex forums however, the above links as just links.

@RonBWL That is how it appeared in the actual tank. We're in the business of translating it accurately, and that means not changing the order of pages in the tank or making up lines.
We kind of rushed out the first 4 chapters just so we could get a release out. Now that we've gotten into a more normal pace, we've taken the time to get a better raw source, so the next few chapters will have better image quality.
@Elon-chan
Well now, ain't that embarrassing. I screwed up exporting. It's not a HAS release if there isn't a stupid mistake in the upload somewhere. Fixed now.
