If you guys haven't read it already and like this type of story, I highly recommend Akumetsu. A bit more politically but it's a great manga from start to finish in my opinion.

He gave them a goddamn way out and they didn't take it. Dude was literally hanging upside down 20ft up like fucking demon and they still thought they could take him... holy shit I love this.

The moment I saw this dude jumping from skyscraper to skyscraper would've been the moment I quit my job as a jobber because I would've seen that as a part of God's retribution/vengeance and I would want no part in that shit lmao.

I like it, he's manipulative but he does care in some way about the people he manipulates.

I like this MC, he isn't a sleaze to be a sleaze. He's got trauma both physically and mentally that fucked up his perception of life and these power helped push that. Fucked in the head but it doesn't seem like he treats these people like shit (yet) The childhood friend on the other hand wtf.
