Pretty sure it's just the prayer thing. As horrifying as it is at the end of the day this is still a comedy and as such needs a punchline. What better punchline than the terrifying god that just helped you in the most gruesome manner possible reminding you of proper prayer etiquette?

Glad to see someone finally pick this up. Read the novel like a year ago and really liked it. Saw it had a manga but it wasn't being translated unlike literally every other LN manga.
