if you're only doing scanlations to make money then you should send a portfolio of your work - that is, your resume - to viz, tokyopop, dark horse, etc

you're suggesting a precedent that the last group to release scans should be able to get all the scans released before them removed. how about somebody that starts releasing the chapters of "your" projects and then demands that yours be removed? just beat them in quality, and don't let some...

i don't understand the problem. better scanlations coming out later with higher quality/better translations is pretty normal. what's the obsession with needing to be first?
