@TTX I may be remembering incorrectly, but didn't Blade have to fight the demon king one on one? They sent a teenager to solve their problems despite the fact that sending a party of quasi-heroes who are all adults could also kill the demon king.
@Askorti The entire world is fucked up. Just last chapter we learned that there exists at least 12 quasi-heroes and yet Blade had to kill the demon king alone.
Why the fuck would a party accepting him mean that they are trustworthy? The only party that would accept dead weight are the people that would use him as bait or desperate parties that just want anyone.
@tuatara1 She was about to attack him despite him saying he's friendly and the monsters he has with him not acting like typical monsters. Negotiation at the very least looked like a possibility when she learned he could talk and she ignored that.
