I feel like this author is the kind of person who revels in insanity. I would not be shocked to hear that he literally makes up his chapter's plots as they're drawn, panel by panel, without any feedback.

I doubt she's isekai'd or from the future. The latter would lead to severe causality loops (even in a world with parallel timelines). It's more likely that she remembers bits and pieces of her previous life that occurred in the past of this world.

This person is literally the personification of the manga readers.
