I'll admit, I too saw the name and thought it was about scanlation conflict like @Xunder commented. This could make for a good occasion to rehabilitate the word Drama though. There will be some initial confusion until the term Drama CD is more well known, if that's the generally accepted term...

Amen @bloopblorp1. Less wish fullfillment, more brain usage. Maybe it's because the inspiration comes more from the fantasy dating sims rather than RPGs where the main character usually is a hero wish superhuman abilities. Admittedly I only play the latter out of the two.
