You know, this could have a higher rating if it had a tragedy tag. I specifically exclude tragedy so I don’t read stuff where *extremely* horrible/unfair things happen towards characters.

One of my all time favorites. Yah it has its cliches but the feelings that Usui shows really make it sweet. Lots of character development and its not only focused on the main couple. I ended up caring for a lot of the characters.

it’s a good “coming of age story.” I’m someone who gets annoyed when someone gets too caught up in emotions, and I will say that the main character does that often. Take that as you will. Also, the romance builds up slowly but it’s a strong love.
