Translation seems logical. I didn't read the full convo in Chinese but in this context 恐悦之至 the 恐 is probably the verb meaning something along the lines of "I'm afraid it's my utmost pleasure" with a very ancient, royal vibe so "I'm honoured" is completely fine

As usual, the art is nice, and I liked the decision to spend panels flexing that and emphasizing the changes in emotion. Too bad the writing and the pacing sorta made the emotional impact a lot weaker imo. Anyways, this was a good important chapter for the manga.

This could've been good even as a oneshot
