The contrast between this chapter and others featuring a bumbling Kazuya has a purpose. As frustrating as it can be to read, this story will edge closer to a conclusion one day. Will the ending be as controversial as Kei Sasuga's? I hope not.

Hi @nerfed, Reiko Usuda was Rin's mother. She is deceased. She had an affair with Chizuru's father, Shigeru Izumiya. They both ended up drowning after Shigeru's car crashed off a bridge into a river.

Guys, this Manga will not end at least while the anime hasn't gone to air and had a chance to establish itself. If the manga ends, no sane person would bother watching the anime. As others have commented, the story right now is pretty much just slice of life filler, very light weight material...
