@BirchJuice first of all, if your nickname is referring to березовый сок i love it. second of all, obviously not everyone in the population was on board, but i'm talking abt the waffen ss which as i'm sure you're aware are so unlike their portrayal in the manga, it's kind of surreal seing them...

this is honestly outrageous. apologistic, misleading and willfully historically inaccurate. I get that this is supposed to be fictional but it’s actively trying to portray the germans in a good light. they weren’t all pro holocaust my fucking nuts.

Is there any chance that you'll ever pick up another Furuya Minoru title? He's my absolute favourite mangaka but his work is criminally undertranslated.

just as a quick aside this was licensed in german and therefore i have the volumes. this is seriously such a fantastic read. together with ciguatera one of my two all-time favourite romance manga.
