Gotta love Douwon, he sizes up all the possibilities in a split-second and makes the self-destructive decision immediately rather than admit to even the slightest weakness.

I can't tell if Douwon is being emotionally abusive or just inept. Which is how a lot of emotional abusers snare their victims, come to think of it. Unironically, what a great character.

In my experience, a rating over 7.5, which this comic currently currently has, is actually an above average score for a decent popcorn shoujo like this. They tend to get judged much more harshly than generic fantasy webnovels which are equally brainless but less entertaining. Subjectively...
