    @TakeiDaloui totally agree. the whole "heart vs body" part of the monster theme has been touched on before but this chapter still felt weirdly disjointed from the rest of the story. like it completely skipped from him running to sam's ritual in chapter 22 to him just lying on the ground in 24...
