A very good read. The mangaka is able to bring her inner world out on to the page in a way that is articulate and, just as importantly, engrossing.

Outstanding! This one's full of movie references. For instance, the part where those lab guys are pouring chemicals down the drain, leading to a mutant monster, is a tribute to the 2006 Korean film The Host.

Those "poor" monsters' eyes aren't protected at all. Even a single rifleman can take care of one as long as he keeps his nerve and sees it coming. EDIT: Went back and had a second look... the exposed eyes are small targets. Scary stuff. It would take an iron nerve!
