@Agni Well in the first chapter the god straight up says that he doesn't care if the world is destroyed because he can just make a new one. He's basically looking for entertainment.

@FStubbs The problem is that she also looks like her mother, so it's not like she's an anomaly in her family.

I think it's more the fact that she's in all black.

@EritoProxy Yeah, I could understand the novel going for much longer than this, but I'm worried about whether the manga will find a better ending than this.

The party leader should just be a soldier. He doesn't have the mentality to be an adventurer. Soldiers fight for their leader and the people, but adventurers fight for their own interests.

Love how they gave Mio Spider themed underwear. Nice attention to detail.

Good I was worried that they would get off with the light punishment from last chapter.

@GodGinrai I only mentioned the possibility of forced retirement, because I don't think she likes him enough to stay with him if he had a serious injury, which we agree on. That's the main reason I don't like her type.

@GodGinrai Having a good personality was just a bonus, the main thing she was looking for was money. And while I don't see him becoming unsuccessful, alot could happen in the future like "taking an arrow to the knee" or just getting a serious injuries which should be a common occurence for...

@grandygon Yeah, but her reason still bad. If they chose her as a love interest, she would be hopping ship to a richer guy at the drop of a hat.

Two negatives for this chapter: 1) Too short. 2) The entire chapter is dedicated to a golddigger thot that most of us already hate.

This reminds me of "Akuyaku Reijou Tensei Oji-san" because it's a villainess character trying to be a villainess, but ending up being like a guardian.

"And you dare call yourself a Trisen soldier?!!" You literally enslaved the dragons dumb*ss.

@AgentKuga I'm pretty sure they talked about after Kaoru asked to be friends with her. It probably just got cut out of the manga, because it would drag on too long.
