Are those the muhfuckjn Jomsvikings of all people? And are they trying to tell us the Sigurd is on the level of Askeladd and Thors? Not many characters are allowed to jump between boats.
I have a feeling that Thorkell will soon become a villain. He is the polar opposite of Thorfinn's vision of peace and pacifism. Thorfinn may be made to kill once again, because I just do not see Thorkell ever becoming a "true warrior."
@TX15 I kinda agree, we just kinda meet Einar and the story expects us to care for him like we do Thorfinn. He literally has no backstory. He's just been a slave with Thorfinn and then they're brothers? I don't even feel like they have much chemistry as characters. That being said, I appreciate...
Oh! That's the still from the anime ending. We saw Einar, Gudrid and now Hild. In reverse order, as well. Guess that means that this will be part of season 2? Interesting.
And it seems she's learned nothing. Just as frustrating for us as it must've been for Askeladd.
This is a very interesting chapter, because it gives a much needed extrapolation on the relationship between Thorfinn and Hild. Obviously this whole arc is meant as a "how does it feel?" representation of the beastial, mindless, revenge-filled Thorfinn, but this really allows us to get a second...
When the Library of Alexandria was destroyed, we lost practically half of all of history in one go. It's ridiculous to think of how the world would be if they hadn't happened.
@AceOtmapp I don't think it is comic relief. Full Eyes is just that kind of person, he's like a real person who has the capability of panic unlike all of these animu boys.
@ritoshishino No, I don't think we did. But then again, I don't think we're supposed to. I imagine it was at some point between the mother and daughter who helped Thorfinn recover only to be killed and the point in which Askeladd got caught up with Canute. Perhaps just before the first time...
Uh oh, the magical God channeling girl who can become a ghost-like creature and move with impossible ability just did something supernatural, and now a bunch of idiots are complaining about it. Where were the complaints when Sei literally heard the ghosts of his ancestors speaking to him, and...
