At times the author likes to present her as some girl who thinks everything through, but then she continuously makes questionable choices that go against her prior behaviour. I'm starting to understand why the goddess had to dumb herself down that much just to communicate with her.

Is this a trend now? MCs getting reincarnated in the future, and then finding out that the overall combat strength in the world has degraded?
