The contrast between their zany pose from high school v/s (4 of) their near-identical expressions as adults with rings on...am I seriously the only one who actually finds that sad?

The autistic side of the kid is more evident here than it was in the last chapter, where I couldn't tell it apart from ordinary introversion and timidity. Doesn't look any fun being that way - and certainly not for the parents, that's for sure. Sorry if that offended anyone, but I see no point...
