@Sternberg from what a know fan-made translations are permitted, is just can't outright copy the official. The guy that was uploading the chapters didn't upload anything for more than 10 months.

Is renting a house/room really this fucking annoying on japan? All the time I see this is a manga looks like they want your soul a guarantee and that you are a saint in their standards

I liked this manga until the first volume or maybe until the second because I can't remember when the the excessive use of telling instead of showing begun, I like relaxed histories but this is just boring after a certain point when the pages started being filled with walls of text explaining...
