Honestly what I'm gonna say is gonna sound sexist/heartless but I don't feel pity/sympathy for her. She is aware of the gravity of her actions, should have known the risks of meeting dangerous people and on top of that it is illegal (and I think it's safe to assume her parents don't know about it).
